Thursday, January 31, 2008 Lemon Fluff Cake By Article @ 3:40 PM :: 117 Views :: Dessert   Lemon Fluff Cake Cake: 1 lemon cake mix 1 small lemon Jell-O                1 ½ c. boiling 7-UP Frosting: 1 instant lemon pudding                1 c. milk ¼ c. powdered sugar                8 oz. of Cool Whip Cake: Mix and bake cake according to directions on the box. Cool cake in the cake pan. Mix Jell-O with boiling 7-UP. With a fork, puncture holes all over the cake. Slowly pour the Jell-O mixture over the cake. Refrigerate the cake. Frost when cool. Frosting: Mix pudding, milk and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake. Variation: Chocolate Fluff Cake Use a chocolate cake mix. Mix raspberry or strawberry Jell-O with 7-UP. Use chocolate pudding in the frosting. Variation: Valentine's Fluff Cake For Valentine’s Day you could do it all in red. Use a white cake mix. Mix strawberry or raspberry Jell-O with the 7-UP. Use strawberry or raspberry pudding in the frosting.
