If
you have prayer requests, please send them to info@center31.com, so we
can stand with you.
In our modern world of technology and pocket computers and communication gadgets, do you sometimes wish you could “email” Father God and get His answer to a situation you are facing?
God is here ... right now ... where you are! You may not be able to call him on your smart phone or send a FaceBook message, but prayer is just as REAL! It is a spiritual conversation with God that is mighty and produces good results.
When we pray, we are talking to Him, and guaranteed, He IS listening! Jeremiah 33:3
So
when you seek direction for your life, pray! Ask the Lord for the
solutions or corrections that you need to make. I speak to the Lord all
the time. He “emails” me notes from His Written Word, the Bible. As I
daily search the scriptures, He answers my questions. The Word of God is like a GPS - it shows me the right way to go. Look daily for God and His ways of doing things!
"You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:13
When
we are in a time crunch and don’t make time to pray and ask the Lord
for His direction, we end up saying and doing the wrong things, and have
to bear the consequences of our hasty decisions. Praying keeps us out of trouble. Jesus told us to pray, "Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation." Matthew 26:41.
Pray
(talk to our God) when you are happy, pray when you are in trouble,
pray when you are discouraged, pray when you need wisdom, pray for the
safety of your family, pray to repent of sin, pray when you are sick,
pray for your country and president. Pray for your church and fellow
believers. When you are confused, pray. Our God is faithful. Pray in FAITH, believing that GOD HEARS, and HE will perform HIS WILL in your life. Galatians 5:16 reminds us, “So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves”. God also speaks to us through the Holy Spirit, which
is the part of us that feels guilty or bad when we know in our hearts
that we did something wrong. In addition, this part of us feels happy
and joyful when we obey, worship and praise God.
James 5:13-16 NLT (The Prayer of Faith) (13) Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. (14) Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. (15) Such a prayer offered in faith will
heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have
committed any sins, you will be forgiven. (16) Confess your sins to each
other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.
Mark always encourages us to write down our prayers in a book and note WHEN they are answered. Erupt in praise and thanksgiving to our Mighty God for His answers. Choose
to praise Him for His goodness and faithfulness, even during the time
you are waiting for the manifestation of your prayers!!! LOVE JESUS!!
Keep Your Eyes On Jesus!
