While water is boiling, stir dry ingredients together. After dry ingredients are mixed, add egg, a little milk, and enough boiling water to make a mixture the consistency of thick pancake batter. With your hand, form a patty (looks like a pancake). Cook in a pre-heated, greased skillet.
