Fresh Blueberry Cream Pie

1c. sour cream
5 T. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
1 9" pie crust
3 T. butter
1/4 c. Brown sugar
 
Mix together sour cream, 2 tablespoons of flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg. Beat for 5 minutes on medium speed. Fold in Blueberries then pour into pie shell.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Combine butter, brown sugar and remaining flour, sprinkle over pie and return to oven for 10 more minutes.

Chill before serving.
