10 oz. package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained 10 oz. Alfredo Sauce 6 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained 10 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 unbaked pizza crusts 2 T. olive oil 2.25 oz. can black olives, sliced (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pizza crusts out onto baking sheets or pizza pans. Place the spinach in the Alfredo sauce in a saucepan, and warm over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each pizza crust. Spoon half of the Alfredo and spinach onto each crust. Arrange artichoke hearts over the sauce.
Top each pizza with half of the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle mushrooms and olives on top. Bake pizzas one at a time fro 20 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the bottom is nicely browned. May cook on grill.
